Nightfall by Tapes ‘n Tapes. One of the better songs from their new album Outside (due January 11th). It has a creepy vibe and some horns. Enjoy.

Take me Over by Cut Copy. Cut Copy’s new album Zonoscope leaked on the web last week. This is the first single from the album. It reminds me an awful lot of Men at Work’s Land Down Under. It’s nothing groundbreaking, but is still catchy and fun. Cut Copy made a wise choice choosing Japanese photo montage artist Tsunehisa Kimura for their album cover. Surely, an early contender for best album art of the year. Happy Hump Day.
Satellite by The Kills. Brand new single from Blood Pressures (out 4/7/11). The song sounds inspired by Alison Mosshart’s work with The Dead Weather (her side project with Jack White). It has a sludgy industrial ska beat that’s growing on me with each listen. Check it out.
Lotus Flower by Radiohead. Here is the mp3 version. Two listens in, it’s the early stand out from The King of Limbs. I’ll have the album on heavy rotation this weekend and I’m sure many of you will as well. Download the album here.
Go with You by Toro y Moi. One of the highlights from Underneath the Pine. Enjoy your Sunday.
Truth by Alexander. New single from Alex Herbert, lead singer of Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. Very solid track. One of the better I’ve heard this year. Sounds like a jazzier Devendra Banhart mixed with Kill Bill. I’m very curious to hear his record.
This is All We Got by Cut Copy. Another standout from Zonoscope.
Still Sound by Toro Y Moi. Currently my favorite song from Underneath the Pine. Happy Monday.
Jealous of Roses by Bibio. Sounds a little like the Bee Gees.
The Race by Wiz Khalifa. A very solid track from Rolling Papers (out March 29).
Cook it Down (freestyle) by Pusha T. I’m anxiously awaiting the release of Pusha’s solo mixtape Fear of God later this month. A Pusha T freestyle is always welcomed.
Shiny Diamonds by Say Hi. Another highlight from Um, Uh Oh
