Cherry Pie Kush Strain Review

Name: Cherry Pie Kush

Dispensary: Apothecary 420 (Sherman Oaks)

Grade: B+/B

Type: Mostly Indica

Lineage: OG Kush X Grand Daddy Purple X Durban Poison

Price: $20/gram, $60/8th

Looks: Dense, chunky nugs. Mostly dark green buds crawling with orange hairs and moderate trichome coverage. Brittle to the touch, but stickier when broken apart.

Smell: A sweet and sour, piney aroma. Subtle lemon, diesel and grape scents were noticeable.

Taste: A piney, sweet and sour flavor. Smooth vapor with moderate lung expansion.

Buzz: Relaxing stone. Spacey, introspective and mildly euphoric with a comfortable body buzz. Best for the evening.

Summary: A promising strain with a buzz that was satisfactory, but not spectacular. I prefer a clear headed high that is more euphoric and a body buzz with stronger numbing sensations. This strain had me feeling relaxed, but stoned and spacey.
